The Villa Selene Residence is a custom new-build Santorini-inspired masterpiece located in Malibu, California. The modernization for the home was reimagined by its financier in collaboration with the home’s interior designer, who knew that its success depended on the quality of details in construction. After conceptualizing the design and renovation of the project, one thing remained clear — they needed a team with the time and resources to ensure their ambitious vision became a reality.

 

In collaboration with a Los Angeles General Contractor, construction management for the full property renovation, with a scope including 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a theater, bar, wine cellar, and game room. From the pristine palm-lined grounds to the impeccable craftsmanship at every turn, the project team was able to blend the casual elegance of Southern California with the luxury of a five-star Greek resort. Upon the project’s completion, the property’s value has tripled compared to its previous sale in 2020.
