This East Coast inspired estate is nestled in the hills of Montecito, CA, just outside of Santa Barbara. When the home’s owner decided to modernize outdated finishes and landscaping, they began to search for a qualified design and construction team that would help breathe new life into the beloved home without jeopardizing its New England charm. 

 

Through a collaborative effort with a Los Angeles General Contractor this renovation saw sprawling landscape upgrades, including a pool, gym, game room, sunroom, wet bar, craft room, office/library, a 10-seat theater, a separate guest home, and dual 3-car garages. Today, the property is awash in light and features modern upgrades while staying true to its original East-Coast vision. The project was delivered on an expedited schedule, completing over 12,000 SF of renovations and landscaping in just 60 days.
